We are seeking a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities for our energy operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, cost-conscious, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company, where flexibility and ownership are key.

This role is best suited for someone who understands the realities of a lean organization, is adaptable, and is aligned with the offered salary package.

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services related to energy projects
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to avoid shortages
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget limits
• Support cost optimization initiatives and identify alternative suppliers when needed
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment follow-ups

• 24 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (energy, construction, or technical sectors preferred)
• Experience working in small or medium-sized companies is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market pricing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or procurement systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Comfortable working in a small company environment with broad responsibilities
• Practical, hands-on, and willing to support beyond strict job boundaries when required
• Accepts a salary of AED 6,000 as a fixed package
