About the Role
Own end-to-end product development, managing the critical path, proactive supplier follow-up, and cross-functional coordination to deliver on quality, margin, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Product development and execution: Own, build, and drive the entire product launch path from concept through to bulk delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Product engineering: Create and maintain detailed tech packs and specifications
- Supplier management: Follow up daily with mills and factories on samples, test reports, costs, and lead times, and negotiate MOQs where needed.
- Cross-functional coordination: Align Design, Ops, QC, and E-com to unblock decisions and hit key dates.
- Costing and margin: Lead target costing and negotiations to meet margin goals, and propose alternatives when required.
- Budget control: Manage the overall product launch budget, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor spend against forecasts.
- Risk identification and mitigation: Anticipate potential delays or challenges, create contingency plans, and escalate issues with solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of product development experience in ecommerce for consumer goods
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets skills, project management tools monday.com
- Experience managing vendors and timelines across multiple regions.
- Experience in US, EU based ecommerce is an added advantage
