Role Overview:
-The Product Manage shall be responsible for managing and pricing assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market demand, and company profitability objectives. The role combines technical expertise, market analysis, and pricing control to strengthen Dafa's market position and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select appropriate product models, capacities, and configurations based on customer, project, and application requirements.
- Identify market gaps and growth opportunities and propose new product introductions aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct continuous market research, including:
Competitor product offerings, specifications, and pricing
Customer needs, buying behavior, and application trends
- Monitor and analyze market share, competitive positioning, and performance of Dafa's product lines.
- Own and control the pricing structure for all assigned product ranges.
- Prepare, review, and approve standard price lists, dealer pricing, and project-specific price bands.
- Define and enforce minimum acceptable margins and discount limits by product and customer segment.
- Ensure no offer or quotation is issued to clients without Product Manager review and approval.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to support technical selection, value engineering, and tendering activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven experience in MEP, HVAC, and contracting.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and project-based sales.
- Solid background in product management, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
- Ability to balance technical requirements with commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication skills.
