Product Manager

Company Description

KAF for Trading & Distribution is looking for a dedicated t Product Manager to join our team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand and represent customer needs and behaviors in the Egyptian market

* Research and analyzebeauty trends (K-beauty) and conduct competitive analysis

* Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap

* Select and curate product lines (skincare / makeup / tools) aligned with the brand vision

* Prioritize product features and offerings based on business goals, user needs, and market demand

* Align stakeholders (marketing, operations, suppliers) around the product vision

* Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers (local & international)

* Work closely with marketing and content teams to build strong product positioning and campaigns

* Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and continuously optimize

* Create a shared understanding across teams to enable better and faster decision-making

Requirements:

* 25 years of experience in product management (preferably in cosmetics / beauty industry)

* Strong understanding of skincare and beauty trends (Korean beauty is a plus)

* Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into execution

* Experience in market research and competitor analysis

* Strong prioritization, communication, and leadership skills

* Ability to balance business, user, and technical perspectives

* Highly organized with strong decision-making abilities

Preferred:

* Experience dealing with suppliers or importing products

* Background in digital marketing or e-commerce

* Familiarity with the Egyptian beauty market

Days Off: Friday & Saturday
