About the Role
Kama Capital is seeking a Product Manager who will play a central role in shaping and expanding the company's product offering. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, commercial, and operations, ensuring that product development is aligned with market demand, client needs, and business objectives.
The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities in the market, analyzing competitor offerings locally and globally, and leveraging insights from Kama's CRM and internal data to design, launch, and optimize new products, features, and commercial offers. The role requires strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to bring ideas from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with Kama Capital's commercial and growth
objectives.
Identify opportunities to launch new trading products, features, and promotional offers that enhance
client acquisition and retention.
Translate market insights and internal data into actionable product initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to launch and optimization.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct continuous analysis of the brokerage and trading industry, monitoring both regional and
global competitors.
Benchmark Kama's products, pricing, and features against leading brokers and fintech platforms.
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market gaps that could create competitive advantages for
Kama Capital.
CRM & Data Analysis
Analyze data from the company's CRM and trading systems to understand client behavior, onboarding
flows, retention patterns, and revenue drivers.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and introduce targeted campaigns, product
bundles, or offers.
Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to develop data-driven initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure products support client acquisition and IB
partnerships.
Coordinate with Operations and Technology teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features
and operational readiness.
Act as the central point of coordination between departments when launching new products or
services.
Product Launch & Performance Monitoring
Lead the launch of new products and promotional offers.
Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.
Continuously optimize products based on market feedback, client behavior, and business performance.
Process & Innovation
Introduce structured product management processes within the organization.
Propose improvements to existing platforms, onboarding journeys, and trading tools.
Ensure Kama Capital remains competitive by continuously innovating its product offering.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within brokerage, fintech, trading
platforms, or financial services.
Strong understanding of trading products including FX, commodities, indices, and CFDs.
Experience working with CRM systems and analyzing client behavior data.
Demonstrated ability to analyze competitive landscapes and identify market opportunities.
Strong project management and cross-department coordination skills.
