Job Description
WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE
- Champion features that solve real family needs: from spend control to easier coordination, shared benefits, and more meaningful ordering moments
- Build for scaledesigning a product that works across diverse household types and MENA-specific market contexts Work within a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Data to build and ship impactful features
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution and
raise the quality of decisions
- Collaborate closely with design and research to uncover unmet family needs and
identify opportunities
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and strategy teams to define and launch
go-to-market plans
- Coordinate with other product teams to ensure Family Plans are aligned with our end-to-end customer lifecycle lead the discovery process for your squad owning it end-to-end from problem framing to
solution validation
- Immerse yourself in understanding families who they are, what they value, how they
order, and what stands in their way
- Combine customer interviews, data analysis, and market insights to find and de-risk
opportunities
- Rapidly ideate, prototype, and test solutions that help families coordinate, share, and
save with ease
Define and evolve the product strategy, balancing customer love with business impact
- Prioritize problems and solutions based on customer needs and impact on squad KPIs
- Enhance and scale the core subscription experience through continuous iteration
- Own the roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall Talabat Pro strategy
Qualifications
You're an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years of work experience in Digital
Product Management.
- You have successfully launched products to the market
- Strong understanding of Agile product management and a solid grasp of the responsibilities of empowered product teams
- Demonstrated fantastic verbal and written communication skills, easily engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to communicate fluently with engineers and actively participate in technical discussions
- Thrive in cross-functional teams and excel in a collaborative environment
- Experienced in finding and defining solutions based on research, data, and insights
- Top-notch project management skills, with hands-on experience using tools like Jira
- Genuine interest in building world-class subscription experiences
- Enjoy breaking down complex problems into manageable iterations
- Confident in analyzing data sets to generate insights
- Reliant on user and stakeholder feedback, as well as understanding available data, to set personal objectives
- Experience in Food Delivery or a related field is a strong plus
- Experience in innovation and launching new products and business models to market is a very strong plus
