Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Giza & Alex. Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding and promoting the company's medical products, supporting customers by addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve business objectives. Tasks include delivering product demonstrations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in product specialization, including comprehensive knowledge of medical devices
• Solid Experience 1 Year at least is preferable.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and product performance
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability in sales and relationship management
• Proficiency in collaboration within a team and resolving customer concerns effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar areas
• Prior experience in the medical supplies or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
