Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, for a Product Specialist. Responsibilities include promoting products to healthcare professionals, delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales objectives. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing feedback to enhance product offerings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Specialist with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare products
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Customer service and sales skills to effectively promote products and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with a team
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Helwan and Cairo South areas .
