EgyCham is hiring Production Manager for one of our clients in Food & Beverage

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in New Cairo. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, coordinating resources, maintaining quality control, and optimizing workflows to meet project deadlines and client expectations. The role also involves problem-solving, reporting, and aligning operations with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, or a related field preferred
• Operational management and project coordination skills to oversee and improve workflows efficiently
• Proficiency in quality control, problem-solving, and resource allocation to ensure high standards
• Team management and leadership capabilities to guide and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adhere to budgets
• Familiarity with image consulting or corporate training environments is an advantage
