We are looking for a Production Officer to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating teams to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities in line with schedules and targets.
- Ensure production output meets quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Coordinate with machine operators, supervisors, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and ensure equipment readiness.
- Assist in inventory control and production planning activities.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret production plans and reports.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or production management systems is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
