Your Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to manage and optimize manufacturing schedules in alignment with the company's Master Production Plan. In this role, you will ensure product availability, streamline production processes, and coordinate closely with Master Planners and cross-functional teams. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the effective use of resources across the plant.

What You Will Do

  • Create, update, and manage manufacturing schedules to meet production targets and customer demand.
  • Follow and execute the Master Plan provided by the Master Planning team.
  • Manage the Plant Stocking Program, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
  • Secure product availability on time and in fill while considering constraints in production and warehousing.
  • Optimize the use of resources by focusing on controllable costs and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate closely with Master Planners to anticipate and address impacts from short-term capacity constraints, bottlenecks, or surpluses.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure IT tools & systems are used according to the Code of Conduct and Compliance & Ethics policy.
  • Provide back up for the team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production scheduling, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent Command of English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OMP, or similar).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Sense of Urgency

  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling methodologies and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to anticipate risks, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong ability to balance customer needs with operational constraints.
  • Demonstrated success in improving KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, or inventory accuracy.
