It is designed for a strategic leader who can shape and direct complex government programs that elevate institutional performance, advance policy objectives, and enhance quality of life across Abu Dhabi districts.

What You'll Lead
- Analyze district data to identify, classify, and prioritize highimpact challenges.
- Coordinate with entities to design intervention plans with clear responsibilities and timelines.
- Oversee execution, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation across all stakeholders.
- Deliver executivelevel reports, insights, and outcome assessments that shape policy decisions.
- Build governance routines that strengthen institutional agility, alignment, and accountability.
What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you will:
- Establish a unified challengetointervention pipeline.
- Implement performance dashboards and governance rhythms.
- Deliver strategic milestones for districtlevel programs.
- Produce insights and recommendations that inform committee decisions.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's or PhD is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certifications.
- Twelve (12) years of experience in program management roles.
- Three (3) years managing complex, cross-sectoral programs preferably in a government or public-sector setting.
- Executive communication, political awareness, and crossentity leadership skills.
- Arabic fluency.
