Job Description

To oversee and lead the program of assigned projects and provide support in all PM activities (including resourcing, formal project controls, quality assurance and contractual requirements) in order to ensure that projects are aligned with the overall Takamol/HRSD strategic direction and support the implementation of Takamol business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Saudi National.
  • 7–9 years of experience in Perfromance Management, PMO, and Strategic Planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a program and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, planning, and performance tracking (KPIs).
  • Experience in reporting, dashboards, and presenting insights to senior management.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
