Desirable Qualification: A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field, along with a
certification in Project Management
Work Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or in a similar role,
preferably within a large-scale organization or the logistics and supply chain industry.
Technical Skills Required To Perform The Role
- PMP Certified Professional with 5+ years of experience in project management methodologies (e.g.,
Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project Planner etc...
- Experience working on large-sized IT/Software projects as a Project Coordinator (or) PMO
Representative. Experience in the shipping industry or Logistics is desirable.
- Strong skills in collecting and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user stories.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization concepts and the ability to write SQL queries.
- Experience in ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from data.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise technical documentation for IT-related projects.
- Ability to write user manuals and training materials. Experience in Machine Learning/Python is an added advantage.
