Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator Digital Platforms to support the execution and coordination of digital initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Dubai.

This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and tracking of digital projects.

Job Title: Project Coordinator Digital Platforms

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: 12 months (Extendable upon mutual agreement)

Salary: Open based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team.

Coordinate meetings, maintain project trackers, and document action points.

Support preparation of presentations, reports, and project documentation.

Manage procurement-related processes including purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders.

Liaise with vendors and external partners to track deliverables and project updates.

Maintain organized project documentation including contracts, approvals, and reports.

Prepare regular status updates and assist with portfolio reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

13 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or similar roles.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Basic understanding of procurement processes, invoices, or purchase orders is an advantage.

Good communication and reporting skills.
