Job Title: Project Engineer Client Side

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer (Client Side) with strong MEP and HVAC knowledge and hands-on site experience in the UAE construction sector. The role involves managing new build, renovation, and fit-out projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and UAE authorities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects (new build, renovation, fit-out) and conduct regular site inspections
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; review shop drawings, RFIs, and material submissions
- Liaise with UAE authorities (DM, DEWA, Civil Defence, Trakhees, DDA, etc.) for approvals and NOCs
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities
- Review and coordinate MEP/HVAC and architectural/fit-out drawings, resolving technical and site issues
- Assist with procurement, cost control, BOQs, and vendor selection
- Prepare progress, technical, and site reports; maintain project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years relevant UAE experience (client-side, developer, or PMC preferred)
- Strong MEP/HVAC knowledge and hands-on site experience
- Solid understanding of UAE construction practices, authorities, and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and project management tools advantageous
- Valid UAE driving license
