What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. In this role, you will:
Operational Management:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned retail stores.
- Act as the first point of contact for store managers regarding facility-related concerns.
- Address complaints and provide prompt resolutions to ensure smooth store operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for facility upgrades or renovations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the premises are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to store operations.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local authority regulations and industry standards, including fire and safety codes.
Maintenance Coordination:
- Plan and oversee maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and monitor the quality of repairs and services provided by vendors.
- Maintain a log of all maintenance activities, including schedules and vendor interactions.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Liaise with third-party service providers for cleaning, pest control, Waste management and other facility services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, vendor performance, and equipment warranties.
- Prepare regular reports on facility conditions, incidents, and completed tasks for management review.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Supervise on-ground facility staff and provide necessary training and guidance.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
What you'll need:
Educational Background and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of managing multiple sites and handling vendor relationships.
- Valid UAE Driving license is must.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations and compliance standards in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
