PROJECT ENGINEER

Your Role

As a Project Engineer, you will plan, coordinate and execute offshore engineering and construction activities with specific expertise in structural / Piping related to boat landing works or any other offshore structural works, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards, HSE requirements, specifications and schedule targets.

  • Coordinate and supervise on offshore construction and engineering activities related to boat landing structures and associated facilities.
  • Ensure all works comply with ADNOC Offshore standards, approved drawings, and project specifications.
  • Interface with ADNOC Offshore representatives, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, schedule, and resources; report and mitigate risks and delays.
  • Review and approve technical documents including method statements, ITPs, risk assessments, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, offshore safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Support offshore logistics, marine operations and manpower coordination.
  • Participate in inspections, meetings, commissioning, and project handover activities.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of offshore project experience, including mandatory ADNOC Offshore experience.
  • Proven experience in boat landing design, installation, or modification works.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore construction practices, marine operations, and ADNOC Offshore procedures.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Structural)

Skills

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in offshore environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
  • Preferred - ADNOC approved experience & PMP (advantage)
