Job Description
- Lead the planning phase of projects, defining project scope and objectives in alignment with stakeholder requirements to ensure all projects deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure projects stay on track and achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate with team members, assign tasks to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, to provide updates on project status, changes, and issues.
- Assist in developing project management processes and tools to enhance the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and strategies
- Develop project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or Software.
- Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationships.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, excel).
