Technical Project Manager

Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects while serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards while effectively managing risks, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of software, technology, and digital projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, workshops, and steering committee reviews.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Track project progress and proactively address issues impacting delivery.
• Manage change requests, project risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure successful delivery of software releases, integrations, and project milestones.
• Oversee resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
• Drive project governance, documentation, and compliance with project management standards.
• Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within software development or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management methodologies.
• Experience managing software development, enterprise applications, system integrations, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and application development processes.
• Experience working closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Business Analysis, and Infrastructure teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale technology projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing distributed teams and third-party vendors.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery models.
