1) Project Delivery & Governance
. Manage assigned transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
. Apply established governance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting structures to maintain project discipline.
. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership review.
. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and project documentation standards.
2) Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
. Support initiatives aimed at improving organizational processes and operational efficiency.
. Apply Lean, Agile, or other best-practice methodologies to enhance project execution and delivery speed.
. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to streamline workflows.
. Assist in implementing performance measurement systems to monitor project impact and outcomes.
3) Innovation & Technology Enablement
. Coordinate implementation of new technologies and digital solutions within transformation projects.
. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and tools
. . Monitor industry trends and provide input on innovative solutions that align with project objectives.
. Support change management activities to drive adoption and user engagement for new systems.
4) Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
. Act as a key liaison between the Head of Transformation PMO, project teams, and business stakeholders.
. Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
. Support training, workshops, and engagement sessions to enable smooth change adoption.
. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications & Skills
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
. 6 - 8 years of experience in project management, with exposure to transformation or innovation initiatives
. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within scope, budget, and timelines
. Experience in digital transformation projects and technology integration
. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar) and reporting dashboards
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional coordination
. Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with governance standards
. Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting adoption initiatives
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are an advantage
