Project Manager

Crescent Engineering is looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering projects across industrial and energy-related sectors.

This role is suited to a project professional who brings strong engineering fundamentals, structured project execution, and the confidence to operate in international, client-facing environments.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing engineering projects end-to-end, from design through fabrication, installation, and handover

Acting as the primary interface with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams

Planning and controlling project schedules, budgets, risks, and execution strategies

Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure scope, quality, and programme alignment

Ensuring compliance with contractual, HSE, and quality requirements

Providing clear project reporting and supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes

What we're looking for:

Degree-qualified engineer (Mechanical, Process, Electrical, or similar) from a recognised institution

Proven project management experience in industrial, energy, water, or oil & gas environments

Experience working to international engineering and project delivery standards

Strong communication skills and confidence working with multicultural teams and global clients

Commercial awareness and a structured, methodical approach to project delivery

Desirable:

Experience within EPC or EPCM project environments

Exposure to projects in the Middle East or similar international markets

Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
