Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end CRM project delivery, from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and deployment.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, and leadership.
CRM Implementation
- Coordinate CRM system implementation, configuration, and enhancements.
- Ensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems such as core banking platforms and customer service tools.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows.
- Support the adoption of CRM best practices across teams.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing CRM-related projects
Project Management Skills
- Strong experience managing cross-functional technical projects
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Technical Understanding
- Understanding of CRM systems such as **Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
- Experience coordinating technical teams and system integrations
Professional Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in digital banking, fintech, or financial services
