Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Facilities Management to oversee the overall operation, maintenance, and service delivery across assigned facilities.

The role is responsible for ensuring that buildings and associated services operate efficiently and comply with company standards, international best practices, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will manage multiple facility services including maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, safety, and parking, ensuring the workplace environment remains safe, efficient, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all facilities comply with government regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards

Inspect building structures and infrastructure to identify maintenance, repair, or renovation needs

Manage facility operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and parking

Oversee and coordinate work performed by contractors and service providers

Monitor utilities consumption and implement cost optimization initiatives

Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery

Review and manage service contracts, insurance plans, and supplier agreements

Allocate office or operational spaces based on organizational requirements

Maintain accurate financial and operational records

Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior management

Ensure equipment and facility infrastructure are maintained according to health and safety standards

Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Verify that all maintenance and service works are completed according to agreed service levels and quality standards

Respond to operational emergencies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in facilities management or building operations

Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance management, and service delivery

Experience managing multiple facility services and operational teams

Experience supervising contractors and service providers

Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Knowledge of budget management and cost control

Ability to manage complex operational workloads

Preferred Experience

Experience managing large-scale facilities or residential compounds

Experience in Facilities Management companies or property management environments

Knowledge of international facility management standards
