Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges proactively
- Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout their lifecycle
- Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts
