MCH Global is an award-winning experiential marketing agency delivering impactful live communications and memorable brand experiences across local and international markets. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of experiential marketing projects, from concept through execution.
Depending on project size and complexity, the Project Manager will hold full or shared responsibility for planning, coordination, and delivery. Working as part of the Production team, this role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing projects from concept to reconciliation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and budgets across all project phases.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, production) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, expectation management, and regular updates.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and approval processes to keep projects on track.
Team Collaboration
- Lead internal project meetings, aligning teams on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-driven working environment across cross-functional teams.
- Escalate risks or issues proactively and adjust plans where required.
Budget, Resource & Risk Management
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors, managing contracts and deliverables.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Quality Control & Reporting
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct post-project and post-event evaluations to capture learnings and improvements.
- Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and reconciliation.
Professional & Technical Experience
- 46 years of project management experience within an experiential marketing agency or related industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events, activations, or integrated campaigns.
- Strong project management capability with experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and calm, structured approach under pressure.
- Good understanding of event production, logistics, and supplier management.
