Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Project Execution Architect to manage day-to-day site execution and warehouse inventory for CP and Concept retail stores. The role requires strong site ownership, multitasking across multiple projects, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution activities for CP and Concept stores.
- Take complete ownership of site operations and warehouse inventory management across all assigned concepts.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Concept Heads, Mall Management, and Landlords to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and site teams on a daily basis.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, identify risks, and escalate potential delays to the Project Manager / Head of Projects.
- Ensure projects are implemented effectively and delivered as per timelines, quality standards, and cost expectations.
- Facilitate smooth handover and transition from construction phase to service contracts.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously across different concepts.
- Troubleshoot site-related issues and make fact-based, timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Maintain regular project status reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Travel across different territories/sites for supervision, coordination, and execution support.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in site execution and project coordination in retail fit-out.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in high-stress, fast-track retail environments.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site supervision.
