Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of City OS platform and smart city enabler projects, including integration, data platforms, APIs, IoT, cybersecurity, and shared digital services. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Job Title: Enablers & City OS Project Manager
Location: Doha- Qatar
Contract Type: Yearly Renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of City OS and enabler technology projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate implementation of integration, API, data, IoT, and cybersecurity platforms
- Work closely with architecture, engineering, and product teams
- Manage vendors, system integrators, and external partners
- Track risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper governance
- Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 8–12+ years of project/program management experience
- Experience delivering digital platforms, integration, or data projects
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team environments
Preferred
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification
- Agile/Scrum knowledge
- Tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel
