Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project planning and execution to ensure the timely delivery of results within budget. Responsibilities include optimizing logistics processes, managing subcontractor/supplier relationships and inspections, expediting tasks, and ensuring consistency in project schedules and milestones. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving adherence to project goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai with Main contractor.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Full knowledge about Authority regulation and project management.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Inspection processes to ensure timely project progress and quality compliance.
• Experience in high rise tower in GCC.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Project management tools required.
