We are hiring a Project Manager in Riyadh to coordinate key initiatives across technology, operations, product, and enterprise integrations. You'll work closely with teams in Riyadh, Dubai, London, and Toronto, playing a central role in our expansion within the Kingdom and beyond.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for a delivery-focused professional with 25 years of experience who enjoys creating structure in a fast-paced environment. You will manage projects that are critical to our success in KSA, including:
- Localization & AI Rollouts: Tailoring our AI platform for the Saudi market.
- Enterprise Integrations: Managing API connections with major Saudi government entities and private corporations.
- Process Optimization: Driving internal automation to support our scaling operations.
- Strategic Initiatives: Supporting launches that align with local digital transformation goals.
What You'll Do
- Project Lifecycle: Plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between engineering, product, and Saudi-based clients or partners.
- Risk & Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and propose proactive solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, milestones, and progress reports.
- Communication: Lead regular status reviews and provide clear updates to the leadership team.
- Operational Excellence: Help build and refine our PMO frameworks and workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 25 years as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Delivery Lead in Tech/SaaS.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management software.
- Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Riyadh and available to work KSA business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the Saudi tech ecosystem or Giga-projects.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Knowledge of local HR regulations and the Saudi labor market.
