As we accelerate our expansion across the GCC, we are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager based in the UAE to join our international team. You will be the strategic engine behind our Middle East operations, working across time zones with our hubs in London, Riyadh, Toronto, and Madrid.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a professional with 36 years of experience who thrives in the UAE's fast-paced, innovation-first environment. You will lead projects at the cutting edge of AI and Vision 2030/D33 goals, including:

• Platform Rollouts: Managing the deployment of AI-driven hiring features for Tier-1 UAE enterprises.
• Government & Enterprise Integrations: Coordinating complex API syncs with regional giants and local entities.
• Operational Excellence: Automating internal workflows to support our 3x year-on-year growth.
• Product Roadmap: Aligning technical sprints with aggressive business expansion goals in the Gulf.

• End-to-End Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Cross-Hub Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between our engineering teams and global leadership.
• Strategic Documentation: Maintain clear project scopes, risk assessments, and executive KPI dashboards.
• Problem Solving: Identify technical or operational bottlenecks and implement swift, scalable solutions.
• Communication: Lead sprint reviews and provide concise updates to the executive team and regional stakeholders.

• Experience: 36 years as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in the Tech/SaaS or Fintech sector.
• Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (Essential). Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable with a scale-up pace where you help build the roadmap.
• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Slack.
• Local Context: Deep understanding of the UAE business landscape and experience working with distributed, multicultural teams.
