Job Description

We are currently supporting one of our key partners in the banking industry in their search for an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful digital initiatives in the banking field, while contributing to a major transformation program.

As the Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that drive the bank's strategic technology transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Agile and Waterfall project management, coupled with expertise in corporate banking technologies and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead and coordinate the implementation of transformation plans, ensuring all process steps are executed efficiently.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Cross Coordination: Facilitate participation and collaboration, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of digital solutions.
  • Governance Ownership: Lead governance processes for the transformation program, including Steering Committees, Project Committees, and Working Groups.
  • Technology Leadership: Provide leadership in Continuous Delivery, Cloud Strategy, Automation, and technology/vendor selection.
  • Corporate Banking Technologies: Guide the bank's adoption of key technologies such as Mobile/Web Frameworks, Portals, Web Content Management, and Collaboration Platforms.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of PMO experience.
  • Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Expertise in managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • End-to-End System Implementations: Proven experience in managing system implementations from planning to execution.
  • PMO Experience: Strong experience with PMO functions, including project tracking, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Ability to lead the adoption of Cloud, Automation, and Digital Banking Solutions.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and regions to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • The role is open to UAE Nationals.
