Project Manager

Dubai | Full-Time

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Manage projects from award to completion
• Develop and control project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Manage project costing, variations, and risk mitigation
• Act as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders
• Resolve issues proactively and support smooth project delivery

• Experience in hospitality, FF&E, or manufacturing projects
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Understanding of production workflows and materials
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Experience with global suppliers is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
