Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise building projects from planning through execution to handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and manage all construction activities for high-rise projects
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones
- Review and approve project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and safety requirements
- Monitor quality control and address technical or site-related issues promptly
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and client communications
- Lead and mentor the site team to achieve project objectives efficiently
- Report project progress, risks, and financial performance to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 1015 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years managing high-rise projects in the UAE or GCC
- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of project management software, scheduling tools, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
