Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design, construction, community management, and brokerage teams; managing vendors, contractors, and suppliers; and monitoring project progress through regular reporting and site inspections. The role involves identifying and mitigating project risks, handling logistics related to materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards. The Project Manager will also support stakeholder communication, prepare status updates and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, manage supplier commitments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to optimize the movement, storage, and availability of materials and equipment across project sites.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
- Experience managing construction or real estate development projects, preferably within the Middle East or similar markets.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools, with strong reporting and documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
