About the Role

We're looking to connect a Project Manager - Digital Applications to lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives for a leading AI-driven organization in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you'll drive complex enterprise application projects from conception through execution - owning everything from planning and governance to stakeholder alignment and vendor management. Working across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and ERP ecosystems, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather business requirements, manage scope and risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The position requires an individual with a strong project ownership mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
• Manage project scope, risk, and dependencies to ensure delivery against strategic objectives and within set budgets.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders across departments.
• Track issues and maintain robust RAID logs, action registers, and decision documentation.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and implementation partners to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare and present executive-level project dashboards, updates, and progress reports.
• Oversee vendor and system integrator coordination, including Statements of Work and deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end UAT, training, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure full compliance with internal governance, audit, and procurement standards.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines with agility and strategic oversight.

What They're Looking For:

• 58 years of experience in digital transformation or technology project management within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proven experience leading initiatives within HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, or ERP ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• High proficiency in project planning, documentation, and RAID management.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, high-change environments.
