Objective: (summary about the position)
The Project Manager will oversee software development projects, leveraging Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient delivery of CPaaS solutions. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with cloudcom's strategic objectives. The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure agile principles are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage software development projects using Scrum methodology
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure the development team adheres to agile practices and delivers high-quality outcomes
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives
- Oversee resource allocation, project budgets, and timelines
- Support the adoption of DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery
- Generate regular project reports and metrics for performance evaluation
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation
Requirements
Degree of Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Total Working Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in project management roles
- Very good knowledge and experience in Product Management
- Total Experience in Field:
- At least 3 years of experience managing software development projects using Scrum in a CPaaS or related SaaS industry
- Qualifications Necessary for the Vacancy:
- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
- Experience with SaaS and CPaaS solutions
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within scope
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
