Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consulting, investment, and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and project objectives to ensure timely delivery of expert insights.
- Build long-term relationships by consistently delivering high-quality service.
- Coordinate with teams to identify and recruit suitable experts.
- Ensure consultations (calls, surveys, or meetings) are scheduled and executed smoothly.
- Ensure all consultations meet internal compliance standards and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare usage reports and business reviews for key accounts.
- Analyze performance data to optimize service delivery.
Skills & Qualification
- 35 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management ideally within expert networks, consulting, recruitment, or market research sectors.
- Proven track record of managing B2B client relationships, preferably with consulting firms, private equity, or corporate strategy teams.
- Strong understanding of the expert network business model and the dynamics of knowledge sourcing and due diligence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills able to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and C-level clients.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, compliance, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
