Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery team, fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance across all team members
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline project delivery and optimize resource utilization
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage all projects via Smartsheet, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management
- Supervise the operational aspects of the project as needed
- Ensure seamless integration and use of Jira for all team members
- Adapt and refine agile methodologies to fit the project's requirements and team dynamics
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus
- Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred
- Smartsheet or Odoo expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through it
- Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential
