Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery team, fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance across all team members
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources
  • Provide regular feedback and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline project delivery and optimize resource utilization
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage all projects via Smartsheet, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management
  • Supervise the operational aspects of the project as needed
  • Ensure seamless integration and use of Jira for all team members
  • Adapt and refine agile methodologies to fit the project's requirements and team dynamics

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus
  • Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred
  • Smartsheet or Odoo expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through it
  • Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential
