Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will assist clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting. They will provide professional advice on property investments, conduct property showings, and manage customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, tracking market trends, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients
• Knowledge of Property Management and understanding of Investments
• Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to analyze property market trends
• Proactive problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
