Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Advisor, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will engage in client consultations, conduct market research, and guide buyers, sellers, and investors through property transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying suitable investment opportunities, and providing professional advice on property sales and purchases. The role requires flexibility for both in-office tasks and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in Property Management and Investments to provide expert advice and manage seamless transactions
• Understanding of Finance to offer strategic property solutions and insights into investment opportunities
• Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting targets
• Previous real estate sales or advisory experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly valued, with knowledge of the local market being a plus
