Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, presenting suitable options to clients, and providing market insights and advisory support tailored to their needs. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and developers, managing inquiries, and following up to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process. The Property Consultant will prepare and review documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and work towards achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction, presentation skills, and active listening.
• Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated sales skills, including negotiation, closing deals, and working towards defined sales targets.
• Foundational knowledge of the real estate market, preferably with experience in Dubai or similar high-growth markets.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain organized records of leads and transactions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for managing client data and preparing reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are considered an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license or the ability to travel to property sites as required.
