Job Summary:
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on property opportunities, managing sales and leasing transactions, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional market insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process
- Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's success
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong sales and networking skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
