Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties, including apartments, villas, commercial units, and development projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, organizing viewings, conducting market research, and advising on pricing and investment potential. The role also involves managing negotiations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with developers and other stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Property Consultant is expected to maintain strong client relationships, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

- Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills with the ability to provide informed, client-focused property advice.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver a professional, responsive, and respectful client experience.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and working toward performance targets.
- Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge, preferably with experience in the Dubai property market and familiarity with local regulations.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus), strong negotiation abilities, and basic proficiency with CRM or property listing software.
- A valid UAE driving license, ability to work on-site and in the field, and prior experience in real estate or a related industry are highly advantageous.
