What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
• Source and manage residential property listings in Abu Dhabi's secondary market
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Provide clients with market insights and property investment advice
• Keep client records and property listings updated using the company CRM
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market and community developments

What We're Looking For

• Experience in real estate sales is preferred. UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and the secondary property market are preferred
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred
