Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Cairo. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify property needs, conducting property viewings, and providing expertise in the real estate market to guide customers in their property investment decisions. The Property Consultant will also handle negotiations, close sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust. Completing regular market analysis and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets will also be key aspects of this role.

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with a proven ability to match clients with suitable property solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and achieve targets
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and network is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
