FIXED Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month + Attractive Commission Structure

Darvash Properties LLC is looking for motivated, experienced, and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are looking for professionals with proven experience in Dubai real estate, strong client-handling skills, and a track record of achieving sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Sales, Leasing & Off-Plan properties.
• Generate, qualify, and manage client leads.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Advise clients on available properties and market opportunities.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.
• Proven track record in real estate sales is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
• Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Russian, Hindi, or Urdu is preferred.

Proven Track Record Required

Candidates claiming previous sales achievements, revenue generation, or closed transactions must be able to provide verifiable proof of their stated performance during the recruitment process.

For example, claims relating to revenue generated, transaction value, number of deals closed, or sales achievements may be required to be supported by relevant transaction records, commission statements, performance reports, achievement records, or other verifiable documentation.
