Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales role based in New Cairo. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Key daily tasks include actively sourcing leads, presenting tailored property solutions, providing high-level customer service, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. The individual will also support clients with market insights and professional guidance to help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with demonstrated success in achieving targets and closing deals.
  • Experience in delivering Training to team members and enhancing overall team performance.
  • Proficiency in real estate principles and familiarity with the New Cairo market is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
