Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's real estate client base. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert consulting services, identifying client needs, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves staying updated with market trends and developments to provide accurate advice and insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Consulting and Real Estate with a strong understanding of property market dynamics
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven expertise in Sales, including deal negotiation and closing
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to property management and sales
• Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
